Ramada by Wyndham Groton

I have been staying here since December The staff at front desk are wonderful they have been so kind to me though some things are outdated they still offer clean comfortable rooms and are very attentive to any issues you may have there is a restaurant and bar inside the hotel so many things close like Walmart and Five guys restaurant within walking distance. I highly recommend you choose this hotel for your stay they offer breakfast on weekends and during the weekdays there is a bagged breakfast you can get at front desk and there is a pool on lower level.

I love how the staff,especially KB and Andy ,are so accommodating! I've been coming here for years on and off and I've never had a complaint! The rooms are comfortable and very clean. It's peaceful here and welcoming. I am very picky about hotels and this is the only one I will stay at! I a perfect location by the highway and all stores, you couldn't ask for better..and the restaurant is also amazing!

A lot of people were saying on the.Reviews about ramada.N.All sorts of bad things about it.And I was almost tempted to cancel my reservations, but let me just say this.I have nothing to say but positive.The price was right, the rooms were comfortable.Peaceful and I would definitely recommend a friend.And I can't wait to come back soon.Good location, foxwoods, not far from the casino.Everyone was just curtivist at the front desk.I definitely recommend the friend and I can't wait to come back.Soon.

We were happily surprised by the quality and comfort of the accommodations. Our experience with the hotel was quite pleasant - we did not visit the pool or restaurant, but can comment on the rooms. The pillows and mattresses were in great shape, the bed linens were clean and bright. The carpets were clean and the room in general was in good shape. Two areas that need attention are the window locks and bathroom. The window locks were loose and seemed quite beat up, like they may not hold. The bathroom was a bit dark, the bottom of the door was worn and there was some staining (rust?) on the ceiling. However, the shower was spotless and the water pressure was fantastic. We had two rooms and found the same issues with the window locks and bathroom in each room. The hallways and lobby were clean. We would stay again if we needed to be in the area.

I had a great experience with a beautiful young lady with long hair. She helped me in the time I needed most. Being a veteran this means the world. Not ever hotel is perfect but she gave me exceptional service I won’t soon forget.

Our room was pretty clean for the most part. Hallways were dark, and elevators were dirty. Service was ok. I only saw 1 cleaning lady on the floor per day, I think they keep the rooms clean enough, but I don't think they clean the hallways and common areas enough. Regardless, this was the cheapest stay we could find driving distance to mystic. And we did not have any major problems. The shower worked fine, the beds were comfortable enough, the included breakfast on the weekends was decent, and it helped overall $. It was mostly quiet and there was always plenty of parking. A major plus for us was the Indian restaurant attached. We are big Indian food fans so of corse we stopped in to eat and it was all very good. We also enjoyed the pool. Although it wasn't very deep, it was clean and pleasant to swim in. I would stay here again but would feel more comfortable if they upgraded the lighting in the hallway and spiffed up the elevator. A few lights on the elevator buttons didn't work, but the elevator itself worked fine. There are also vending machines and a laundry room available.

Staff is wonderful, accommodations are efficient. Rooms are clean. Amenities look old. Area has lots of shops. Pool was lonely but very clean.

Convenient and easy location. Service was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. I think Ramada should do a little updating to this location but other than that it was a great stay! Will definitely stay here again.
